This past weekend I learned an interesting fact. A friend of my from my youth intentionally shares his facebook account with another person I grew up with. It seems as though one of them does not want to set up a profile but still wants to see what other people are doing out there…. Hmmm……
You can make the call whether this is correct behavior or not from both an information security perspective and an ethical one.
My issue with it is that I can no longer send one friend emails via Facebook because if I write something that I only intend him to hear, our other childhood friend could read it. So much for privacy. It looks like I’ll need to resort to text messages and emails.
